On top of the many service we have available, we also go through an extensive screening of our drivers. All of our drivers must pass and possess the following criteria: pre-employment drug test, alcohol test lab results, a California Driver’s license with a clean record, certification for first aid, and CPR certified. In addition, we extend our services in multiple languages including English, Spanish, Russian and Armenian. All processes at SAFEWAY Non-Medical Transportation are Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliant.
